View Full Version : SWWC Over for Me, HHH just Started, and This Week

Well, my SWWC Week 12 WI amount on Monday was a loss of 0.4 pounds. I didn't
make my SWWC goal of 195.8, BUT I came REALLY close at 197.2 (that's 1.4
pounds away) and I am so happy. For quite awhile there I didn't think I was
even remotely going to come close because when I set the goal I was losing
on average of 3 pounds a week. After I started the challenge I slowed down
to the more normal 1-2 pounds a week. I was quite surprised then to come
within a pound and a half of SWWC!!!

I signed up for the HHH challenge and my goal is to exercise two times a
week. Anything more is bonus. So for first week I indeed exercised 2 times,
so on track there.

Enjoying this new WOL!
