Monday: Walking, 2 miles
Tuesday: Walking, 2 miles
Wednesday: Walking, 2 miles
Thursday: Walking, 3 miles (got me extra one in there! :) )
Friday: Walking, 2 miles
Saturday: Nah, nada! :(*
Sunday: Painting a bedroom!**

* Blame the Fibro - bad day. Frustrating too, as I would have had a
brisk walk round Canterbury on one of my whizzy shopping trips (I
seriously hate shopping, and do it VERY RAPIDLY, if at all!), but the
traffic was against us. The whole place was gridlocked, and all the
carparks rejected us!
**Does it count? I did get a bit warm as I wielded my paint pad! ;) I
suppose it counts as a couple of hours of bending and stretching! I
certainly worked up an appetite for my roast pork and spuds!

Good job! Painting has to count for something I would think.

Thats looking good. Exercise every day - wow.

I think painting counts. My criterion was that I must do at least an
hour (instead of a half hour on the bike) and it would only be added
if I'd already done at least one session in the week (if I hadn't
gotten of my bottom already, then painting wasn't going to be an
excuse not to do something), and I must be sweating when I was done. I
counted most sessions, but not all.

Keep it going
