View Full Version : NYNY Week 1 weigh in

Week 1 - 160.6 (a 1.8 loss!)
I'm now doing daily weights, and averaging them out for weekly totals. If I
had taken yesterday's single weight, I would have made my 10% goal. However,
I switched to averaged weights because 2 weeks ago, I showed a gain on the
weigh-in day, which was the only day that I was up! Oh, well. The composite
weight is better data, so I'm sticking to that!
Woo Hoo!

I think you are the first one to record a loss in the challenge!!!
Congrats!!! 1.8 is a great loss!! I like the idea of doing the average
of the weekly weights, too bad I can't convince weight watchers to do
that :-(.
