Hi All,
In our office we frequently order lunch from a little place down the street
that features a West Indian dish called "Roti." It's basically West Indian
curry as opposed to East Indian curry.
The one I had featured potato pieces, chicken, and a very hot spicy sauce
wrapped in a very light flour/corn meal wrap (almost like a very light soft
taco shell).
Would anyone know what the points values for this would be? I can't seem to
find it anywhere. Thanks!

Google is your friend, try "roti calories"
There are lots of sites with calorie counts for indian food, but the
problem is that unless you have an ingredient list or you made it
yourself you don't really know what's in it.
Having said that, most commercial indian dishes I've come across are
high in calories, and far too high in fat.
