It's going down SLOWLY buy surely! Total lost now is 10.8 #, eleven weeks
into the program. Come to think of it - that's almost 1# per week. If I
can keep it up - if I don't lose any more than 1# per week, I'll still weigh
lots less this time next year!!!!!!!!

However, considering what I ate over the weekend while in Boise working at
the Quilt Show, I guess I shouldn't complain! Salmon loaf with mashed
potatoes on Friday night; Mexican food with a Margarita on Saturday night
(didn't clean up my plate which I used to do at Mexican food restaurants);
snacked on some chocolate cookie thingies on Sunday (not as many as I would
have eaten before WW); then I was so tired on Sunday evening that I stopped
at Carl's, Jr. and got a $6 hamburger 'cuz I knew I would be too tired to
cook by the time I got home! I was pretty good at lunch both Sat & Sun -
had chicken salad from the snack bar right behind our booth.

Yoga class again today - I like it!!!

Almost a half pound is good. And it sounds like it might have been
more (not necessaryily using the term "better") if you had eaten a bit
more differently over that weekend.

And almost a pound per week is terrific.

Thanks for all your replies. I know I need to have a slow weight loss
(although I sure would like to lose much faster, but know I shouldn't) is
that I know I'll have lots of flappy skin unless it comes off pretty slow.

Just went for my evening walk with the 3 dogs. Geez, it's getting dark
early. Started out at about 7:40 & it was dark by the time I got home.
That was partly the dogs' fault. They had to stop and sniff at everything &
the littlest one thought he should follow the neighbor's truck up the road
instead of following me back home! :-)
