Amberle,

Is this the time to post for the first or starting weight or is next
week's WI (Oct 8 for me) the starting weight?

And I would also like to shift (fingers crossed) my GOAL WEIGHT for
the challenge (not my official WW goal) to a nice round 160 and
Maintain at that weight since I am on Maintenance/Lifetime

Today, Oct 1, 159.4 (which is down 2.4)

Fred
219.2/159.4/164.0 (goal)
Start WW: Oct 29, 2002

Hi Fred,

This is the week to submit starting weights, and of course goal
weights. I'd be happy to shift your goal weight for you - the website
will be updated later today.

Actually, starting weight should be: 159.4

And since the site looks so good already, just a little typo to
correct:

I think: "New Year as at time" should read "New Year as a time"

Even though you're on Maintenance, I know you've still got a couple
pounds to go to your personal goal. Losses of 2.4 will get you there
fast. Good going.

Not when they were preceded the week before by a gain of that same
2.4! (g)

Yes, I still notice spare tires - more the size for a mountain bike
rather than a hummer but it would be nice if they were only fit for a
road/racing bike if I have to endure them at all (G)

The temps this morning are leading me to believe that Weds' WI will be
long pants!! (sigh)

Ohhhhhhhhhhh, wicked and cruel (not repetively redundant in this
case!).

Hope you enjoyed, Lifie.
