Although I was anxious all week, being on maintenance, I did fine. I actually
lost 3 pounds! I didn't add 4 points to my target, but remained at target, ate
all my flexpoints, and added 1 mile per day (Miracle Mile by Leslie Sansone)
and ate that 1 AP earned per day. Thanks all for your encouragement and advice
through your postings during the week. That really helped. I think I am
mostly anxious to get through the 6 weeks of "M" and become "LTM" so I don't
have to pay for the meetings anymore. Good luck to all of you! Have a great
weekend.

All I can suggest is to ride the stress through the best you can and then take care of
any gain - at least that's what I'm doing. Wish us both luck.

lol Brenda. I'm aiming for a nice buffer for my vacation to Florida in 5
weeks. I want to enjoy myself and eat as I please, hopefully not too much, and
then back OP after vacation.

Hang in there Angie, things will get better sooner or later (I'm a firm
believer!). The only thing I can suggest in the way of reducing stress is to make
*you* your top priority. I know it's hard, but you have to find some time for
yourself - even if it's only a few minutes each day. Hide in the tub, take a nap,
go out for a walk ... anything to take the focus off of those nasty things going
on in life right now. Exercise is also a great stress reducer. It's easy to say
we don't have time to do it, but you just have to make the time. Your health is
more important than anything else.
