Was a minor miracle! I lost a whole half pound, which was great, after
the weekend in Preston! I drank more wine than I usually do, though I
did try too keep track of the points.
Unfortunately, the gall bladder is playing up tonight - while James, son
and heir to the fambly debts, was judo-ing, I had a rather strong cup of
tea and a shortbread biscuit (cookie), and I can feeeeeel it! :( I had
the points spare for it, but I cannot recommend this as a good way to
use 2.5 points! Ho hum! Some days having a nice bit of parchment that
says I'm intelligent just ain't enough! ;P

Congratulations on losing that pounds, but having gallbladder problems is a
very hard way to do it. Hope they can clear it up real soon!

The gallbladder problem doesn't sound like fun. Good luck with that and
congratulations on losing the half pound!

Congrats on that half pound and the shortbread and tea sounds like it
might be worth it in some circumstances.

Good job on the loss!
Sorry to hear your gallbladder is still acting up. Have they thought about
removing it, or can it be cured otherwise?

Well, I wasn't thinking what I was doing - I was making notes about a
wedding dress I have to make for a client!

I'm hoping they'll take it out in November, so I'll be recovered for
Christmas. Means I have to get all my Christmas prep done in October,
so I shall be busy...
