Glad to hear you 're feeling so great, Bird! Indeed, that 'click' is waht it
's all about! It took me 15 years to get it... but now I just know I will
lose the weight.

Congrats on finding that 'click'. So many people never find it, or lose it
half way through (and I know that's happened to me). WW is a
self-perpertuating cycle as you've discovered too - the feeling great part
will be enough to keep you going I'm sure!

Jus a quick reply to say how happy I am that things are going so well,
Bird! It's great that even though we live far apart that we're "in
the same place". :-) You have a lot of wise words here, my friend. I
totally agree -- it *is* sticking with it that counts! "Hanging in
there beyond the first impulse to binge". Very true. Continued
success to us both -- to all of us!

but how long can we continuously lose weight?? do you think that once
we reach our target weights we will still be obsessed with
gaining/losing?
