Does it mean you are in Ketosis when it goes Dark? Mine came up a litle
darker than the notch one back from darkest. mine are red . |

Darker isn't a problem. Since anything from trace darker is positive it doesn't matter. But expect the sticks to go lighter in about week 3. It's a natural sequence of events that is about the time, not about anything you do. |
