great reward for me
If I want to give myself a good reward, I go to the grocery store and load
up my cart with butter in the same amount that I have currently lost. When I see how much fat this is, I am shocked and oh so pleased that I am no longer carrying this any more. Going to the grocery store tomorrow. Roxan |

Roxan I'm afraid that if I loaded up my cart with 130 lbs. of butter, I'd get thrown out of the store :-). On the other hand, it's interesting to pick up a couple of 65 lb. dumbbells and try to walk around with them! Chris 262/130s/130s |

great reward for me
The butter is a good reminder of what I don't want to put back on me. I
don't need anything else as a reward right now. Although I did by myself a new pair of exercise short yesterday. Roxan "nkd_one" wrote in message oups.com... get ten dollar rolls of quarters instead of butter and buy something nice for yourself...i want a digital radio to take on walks |

It's pretty amazing. Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |

We only realize how much we are carrying around after we take it off. I
can't wait till I get to the 20 pounds off mark. Roxan "DestinyintheDark" wrote in message oups.com...
