Default great reward for me

If I want to give myself a good reward, I go to the grocery store and load
up my cart with butter in the same amount that I have currently lost. When I
see how much fat this is, I am shocked and oh so pleased that I am no longer
carrying this any more. Going to the grocery store tomorrow.

I'm afraid that if I loaded up my cart with 130 lbs. of butter, I'd get
thrown out of the store :-).

On the other hand, it's interesting to pick up a couple of 65 lb.
dumbbells and try to walk around with them!

The butter is a good reminder of what I don't want to put back on me. I
don't need anything else as a reward right now. Although I did by myself a
new pair of exercise short yesterday.

If you go to a gym, try dumbbells. Or put a barbell with the right
weight on your back and try walking around. It's pretty amazing.

We only realize how much we are carrying around after we take it off. I
can't wait till I get to the 20 pounds off mark.
