Default I just bought a "Dell Purse Book"

from 1967, several years before Atkins' first book. It advocated 60
g carb per day, and eating 6 times a day. Since it was from '67, many
of the lunch and dinner menus included a cocktail. One of them was
called a bullshot. It was 3/4 cup boullion, 1-1/2 oz. vodka, 1 tsp
lime juice.
I bought the book at a church rummage sale for 10 cents. It was
basically Atkins w/o the induction phase.
