Ok, day 2. I feel like eating really healthy today. Chex mix - 1 oz - 120 calories To be 2pid I could have 32 oz in a day. That would be 3840 calories. Day 3. It feels like a nutty day. Pistachio nuts - 1 cup - 128 g - 713 calories Being as 2pid as I can be, I could have 7.1 cups in a day. That would only be 5053 calories! Still working on days 4-7... Finally! A diet where I can eat whatever I want and only worry about it being 2pid! I'm guaranteed heart health and weight loss on my 2pid diet! Only an idiot would eat like this and make the claims you do. You missed the Ounce of Common Sense piece, didn't you? http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/ap960222.html Lift well, Eat less, Walk fast, Live long. |
