Diet Season is Over
That's true for me. Had to end my gym membership for awhile after surgery.
That's when I regained a lot of weight. Now I'm ready to go back but I'm waiting until after the resolution rush. One of the reasons is when I weighed 353 I went in January and people were s******ing and it was kind of humiliating. If I hadn't of been so determined to lose the weight I might not have ever gone back. -Bear Grrrrrrrrr ) "RRzVRR" wrote in message ... Diet Season is Over
Rudy,
Your gym must be more sophisticated than mine. g Starting on Jan 1, I couldn't get near a treadmill without a 20+ minute wait for 3 weeks, then last week the place emptied out and it was back to normal, with most of the people being the same folks I've been seeing there every day since I started in September. The trainers told me this happens every year. This is a small town Y and I go during the day when the regulars are mostly older, retired people. Trying to work up a week's meal plan here... I LOVE Mr Goodbar. 1 bar - 1.75oz - 264 calories That means I could have 18.3 Mr Goodbars in a day to hit my 2pid limit. That would only be 4827 calories! Ok, day 2. I feel like eating really healthy today. Chex mix - 1 oz - 120 calories To be 2pid I could have 32 oz in a day. That would be 3840 calories. Day 3. It feels like a nutty day. Pistachio nuts - 1 cup - 128 g - 713 calories Being as 2pid as I can be, I could have 7.1 cups in a day. That would only be 5053 calories! Still working on days 4-7... Finally! A diet where I can eat whatever I want and only worry about it being 2pid! I'm guaranteed heart health and weight loss on my 2pid diet! I've heard somewhere that the doctor who invented 2pid diet has now standardized it, and that everyone should now move to this new standardized version, which has been named s2pid. Is there any truth in this? -- Matti Narkia |
