quick eating advice for tomorrow?
i was wondering what experience you guys have with 2 day "splurges." tonight, i
had to go to a "homemade pizza party" for thanksgiving and, although the pieces were small and some had veggies, i had *5* of them (homemade! it tasted amazing!). before this dinner, i had eaten around 500 calories. i have no idea where i'm approaching. i suppose it could be anywhere from 1500, which would be fine, to 2000, which wouldn't be fine with me. since tomorrow is thanksgiving, i (of course) wanted to relax a little on the calorie watching. but should i be much more careful now? should i try to keep it under 1500 for the whole thanksgiving excursion? my usual calorie intake is from 1250-1500, depending on how hungry i am that day; i'm maintaining with these calories, not trying to lose weight. i should be able to get back on track the next day; i have no problem with binging. i just don't know how much damage two days of eating too much could cause. what would you more experienced "dieters" do? sara hello teacher tell me what's my lesson, look right through me, look right through me. |
