i was posting there but i haven't been getting messages from anyone lately
so i think there is something wron and i was thinking of changing my diet to give my body a change for a while because i've been staying at the same weight lately and i want to start losing again. i'm willing to try anything. i did the calorie counting before and it helped so maybe i'll go back to that. who knows i'll see what works and then stick with it thats all i can do angie "jamie" wrote in message ...
