First you should start with spelling (especially in the subject) and
capitalization skills, lest people think you're an ignorant spammer.

Are you on a low-carb or low-calorie diet?

You start by saying "I have been on a low carb, low fat, no salt diet
no for over 10 months and I have lost over 100 pounds and 15 inches
off my waist."

But then say "If Want Pizza I have pizza", "Ice cream the same way",
and snack with "Peach or other piece of fruit".

So you are still eating a lot of carbs? Really you appear to be
following a calorie controlled diet, of the type that has been shown,
in most cases, to not work in the long term.

You really should review Dr. Atkins work, and go for a low-carb diet
instead. Low-carb diets are based on metabolism, hormones and blood
sugar levels, not on starving yourself.

By following a low calorie diet, and not exercising, you risk losing
lean muscle mass as well as fat. This makes you unfit, and less able
to maintain a lower weight long term.

It is good that you have lost so much weight, but you really need to
build some muscle, and to do that, you need to eat more protein and
much less carbs. Def. no pizza and ice cream!

Good luck

Jon.

You know Instead of attacking someone because of a simple spelling
error why not try and help them. Or are you so ignorant and calorie
deprived that your brain is turning mush....You know there is a
saying.."...If you can't say something nice about someone then keep
your MOUTH SHUT...." just some words of wisdom to think about....have
a GREAT day!!!!

I am on a low carb, low fat, no salt diet. If you read thru the ten
reasons I have on my blog you would see that having some of your
favorite foods is ok, as long as you get back on track afterwords.
Losing over 100 pounds and 15 inches was not easy but sticking to
something that works is the way to go...so on occasion I do indulge in
high carb foods I just dont PIG OUT on them...and I get back on track
with my diet immediately....

Here's your help - Doing blogspot links makes you a spammer.
Spammers are not welcome on any UseNet newsgroups. If
you chose to contribute in a non-spam way then feel free. If
you want to draw traffic to your blogspot spam site you've drawn
all the abuse you're getting.

Have you taken Beni's excellent advice and read the book? Beni
suggested the Atkins book but any of the popular low carb ones
will do fine.
