Default Intersting Changes In South Beach Philosophy

Quote from their email "Daily":

The South Beach Diet is constantly evolving to address the latest nutritional
studies and information. Dr. Agatston makes every effort to keep the diet at
the forefront of scientific discovery. From time to time, his books will be
reprinted with the latest recommendations, but you can always find the most
up-to-date guidelines on the Web site.
If you started The South Beach Diet by following the book and then switched
to the Web site, you can find updates to the diet by clicking on the Diet Tips
link on the home page. This will take you to a page where you can next select
Diet Updates. Here you will find the latest noteworthy changes, including the
following:

Medium-sized bananas are now allowed beginning in Phase 2
Tomatoes are no longer limited in any Phase
Carrots are now allowed starting in Phase 2
Onions are not limited in any Phase
Phase 1 now includes two daily servings of 1 percent or fat-free milk, low-fat
plain soymilk, 1 percent or fat-free buttermilk, and fat-free plain yogurt.
Phases 2 and 3 include two to three servings.

I agree with the tomatoes. I see no reason not to eat them. I usually lose
more if I eat them. If I want to lose for sure, I just need to eat stewed
tomatoes and ground meat. Yum!

Strange criticism coming from someone who peddles books that contain
information. I don't see you giving away your advice for free.

Gee, advice to eat more carbs and less fat. This does not sound like the
"forefront of scientific discovery" to me.

Do you work for free? What would you do if your boss told you he wasn't
going to pay you after you put in hard hours? I charge for my books (that's
what authors do, duh!), but if you join my mailing list, I provide plenty of
FREE information. I don't sell you a book and then keep on charging for
additional information like Agatston does.

I always get a kick out of mooches like yourself who expect to get paid for
working but then expect writers to provide complimentary books to thousands.
