Default My Cooking Teacher Doesn't Accept It

I'm in a foods class and we eat nothing but crappy carbs that are
'nutritious'. I know it's her job to teach us to eat healthy, but she
makes me feel stupid for not eating the 'right' way. Just think it is
stupid how people are so biased.

If it is a required course, you might have a valid grievance for the
ombudsman's office. College, I presume?

I've gone back to school myself - pre nursing - and I'm not looking
forward to nutrition *at all*. My plan is to sit quietly and get out
relatively unscathed.

Amber, things change VERY slowly. The classic "food pyramid" has been a
true debacle. Eating that way made me fat.

High school. I need a technology class to graduate. The only good
thing about this course will be when we go into the protein unit.
There will be some yummy things to cook then!
