bloating
Since having health probs, I've really tried to change my WOE.
I don't need to lose a huge amount of weight. I'm 154lb, and need to be 140lb. For the last month, I've cut out out most sugar and fats, and am quite happy to eat loads of salad, fish and veg, with the odd slice of meat. I have porridge for brekkie. But since doing this, my tum has been so very bloated! Any hints on how to lessen the bloat? Stodge |

Here's a site to check for other foods that may be causing your problem. http://www.ediets.com/news/article.cfm/cmi_370803/cid_6 |

It might sound obvious but I'll say it anyway - are you savouring your food and eating it at a sensible (think slow)pace? Plus, are you allowing enough time after eating to digest before doing anything that involves raising your pulse? The best advice I can give you is to never, EVER EVER rush a meal! Of course this may be a million miles away from your problem but it's not going to hurt anyone. Stodge |

I shall try and slow down. (sorry I sent this to your email addy by mistake!) Stodge Stodge |

More water, less bloating. http://aim4naturespharmacy.com/herba...nd/soluble.htm joni |

Might it be the rather sudden change of diet to things like veggies and pulses, do you think? Any idea on how long it takes for your tum to readjust? stodge |
