Recipe: Bobby Flay Cauliflower Goat Cheese Gratin
I happened across this recipe and tried it last night. It was
outstanding and very LC without modification. I did sprinkle some smoked paprika on part of it to try out and thought it's a nice addition. Costco is a good source for goat cheese, its about 1/4 the price that it is in the supermarkets here. I also cut down on the cheese and cream a bit, as it seemed more than enough for what I would say was a large cauliflower. Here's the recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/b...ipe/index.html |

Sounds really good and just as an aside, really expensive. :-)
