Been back two weeks now
First week back my goal was to TRACK everything. Something I got out
of the habit of long before I left WW the last time. It showed me two things. One, I wasn't that that out of control while gone (thankfully), but two I did randomly eat things during the day without thinking. Grazing if you will. No wonder I didn't really gain unless it was like a vacation or something, but also no wonder I could never lose anything. So the first week (actually Thursday to Tuesday as I switched leaders to one I liked better) I was very good and lost 1.4 pounds. Not the explosive 7.8 I lost initially way back when, but on the right track!! I weigh in tomorrow (Tuesday) and hopefully I will continue doing as well. I continued to track like crazy and just started walking at lunch at work again. My short term goals are to continue tracking, continue walking, and cook more meals. I can be lazy and rely on prepared heat em up kinda meals. They can be not too bad for you, but can be a little point heavy and certainly usually sodium heavy. But best of all..this all just feels good again. Thanks for listening! Melissa in NJ |

It's all good, keep at it and you know it'll work!!!
I have to say, my favorite part of your post is: "But best of all..this all just feels good again. " Ain't that grand????????? Will~ "Melissa in NJ" wrote in message ups.com... So the first week (actually Thursday to Tuesday as I switched leaders to one I liked better) I was very good and lost 1.4 pounds. Not the explosive 7.8 I lost initially way back when, but on the right track!! Yup! Good lass! I weigh in tomorrow (Tuesday) and hopefully I will continue doing as well. I continued to track like crazy and just started walking at lunch at work again. That will also help a lot. My short term goals are to continue tracking, continue walking, and cook more meals. I can be lazy and rely on prepared heat em up kinda meals. They can be not too bad for you, but can be a little point heavy and certainly usually sodium heavy. I find that when I want to be a lazy cook but stay on track a doze of home made zero point tomato sauce is ready by the time the pasta is cooked! Dinner in 15 minutes - quicker than a take-away! But best of all..this all just feels good again. Doesn't it just.
