REC - Cucumber Soup
Haven't tried this yet, but it looks like an absolutely lovely dish for
during the summer months. * Exported from MasterCook * Cucumber Soup Recipe By r. Richard K. Bernstein, MD Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : cold soups vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cucumber, whole -- peeled and sliced 1/2 cup fennel -- chopped 1 tablespoon plain yogurt -- whole milk 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill weed lemon pepper -- to taste In a blender combine sliced cucumber, fennel, yogurt, water, and dill.
