Hi I am veer I just add my experience about this, i have internal piles, when i go to piles specialist after one year for checkup . doctor told me after physical check up that I have had internal piles. Then told me for surgery otherwise it won't cure. I asked I too week for operation. So I left it. Than I go for ayuervedic treatment previously I am treated with tablet named himalay piles and piles ointment these medicine help to cure with little bleeding once in a week. After second month same cont... Ultimately bleed in stops. Than after I get itching, doctor said it due to acidity. Than treated with zandu panchalist a little bit acidity gone than after treated with zandu nityam tablets but after 4 tablets itching is more i can't bear it. Then treated avail tablets to calm down itching. It little bit helps to down itching. But not completely. Than after I start applying camphor mixed with coconut oil to affected area twice daily along snidz bathing after 3 days itching gone. With this I eat an apple per day and drink one glass of water during morning and afternoon per hour. My meals includes rice with tomato curry which free of spices and chilly. Yoga pranayam every morning once. Now I am free of itching and bleeding. In this treatment it takes 3 months. My opinion in this is to avoid acidity, drink water to make water balance in the body. I think its natural way treat to treat piles. We just have keep patience .

Dairy and peanuts are generally to avoid if you are having piled
haemorrhoids, because piles are abnormal growths, and dairy and peanuts
promote growth. If you are an adult you do not need to grow more until
you are trying to put on muscle. Eat fatty meat and organs to rebuild
the blood without promoting overgrowth.
