i have read on this group that ihop puts carbs into omelets by adding some
flour thing, anyways, i was wondering, what if I get their regular
breakfasts, like eggs with susage and bacon and of course tell to keep the
hashbrowns and keep the pankakes and maybe give me more sausage links or
something, is that ok? or do they put something inside the sausages as well?

What you mean like eggs over easy? That would work. I don't know about
the sausages, they could have filler, and the bacon could be sugar
cured, but unless you are on induction, I would just count 1 gram per
scrambled egg, bacon or sausage (to be on the safe side) and go ahead
and eat.

I am on induction :-(
Im just trying to find more places my gf and I could go to eat at, we have
already done the buffalo wild wings and the red hot and blue and the local
picadilly grill (which has a atkins menu), but we are getting sick of those
options and 70% of our food intake comes from eating out since she is full
time in college and I work full time, and we just have the one hour to eat
together at lunch.

Then budget the carbs and have salads at other meals (unless you have
sugar sensitivities?). Do what works for you, but don't kill yourself
over it or you'll never finish the course.

Denny's grilled chicken salad is good.

They put batter into the omelets to make them larger and fluffier.
Just tell the waitress to tell the cook to only use eggs in your
omelet and leave the batter out.

However, the waitresses are often unaware that the cooks do this.
