Default How many grams of protein?

Hi,

I have looked everywhere for some guidelines about how much protein someone
could have on Atkins/Induction. A while back, I wrote that I was stalled
(no loss, but no gain thankfully), and someone suggested that I was eating
too much protein. So now I've been watching protein grams AND carb grams.
No where can I find limits on how much protein is too much. Are there any
general guidelines, or is it another variable that differs from person to
person?

Linda
