still doing ww, very slow going now, nearly to goal, just a question, only out of interest really, when u hit goal weight how many points are you allowed to maintain your goal ????? bye the way still have about 4 kilos to go for goal

Hi Lee, thats okay...just hope to reach goal by xmas lol last bit seems to take forever, mind you been a tad naughty of late so cant wish for miracles now can i... jsut got to get back on track

Hi Shirley

The maintenance points vary from person to person. I can eat 4 extra a day plus flex and not gain but it really varies. A lot has to do with your metabolism, amount of exercise and the types of foods you eat.
