Default Crawling Back

I'm soooo out of control and have gained back about 23 pounds. Last recorded
weight I have in my calendar was 155 back in September. I'm sure I got to
around 150 before I stopped weighing myself.

Let's see. . .
*stopped reading this newsgroup
*stopped counting points because I was sure I could eat reasonably without
the hassle
*stopped weighing myself (why?)
*stopped planning my meals ahead
*started having big packages of sweets in the house again leading to binging
*stopped exercising regularly
*stopped drinking water

No wonder! lol

I'm so thankful that those of you posting are here. I know that if I start
reading this group again I will get motivated and the weight will come off.
Hopefully, once it does, I won't go getting so smug and putting it back on
again.

Welcome to the real world, WW, it's great to have you back. I took a
break for personal reasons and gained 11 pounds, which are now on their
off again.

I think some of us need to do a reality check once or twice or more in
order to definitely know deep down inside that this is where we have to
be, and we need to follow the WW WOL;-)

The real world is a long, hard road it seems I think reading this ng (or
going to meetings for those who are members) is essential. I'm dyslexic so
it's difficult to keep up, but I won't be letting it slide that often. Too
important to my weight loss success. Good luck with your losses.

Thank goodness indeed, Elaine! I do know what I need to do, just couldn't
stop binging. I really think reading all the shared wisdom on this group
will get me back on program.
