YES!

Down 1.6
Current 159 EVEN.

I guess it is easy if you cut down the intake and really watch what
you are eating and get in TONS of activity points (28 mile bike ride,
two hikes, both 8 miles each, one gaining 3,800 feet and one gaining
3,500 feet and then a walk around a lake) In other words, it works if
I WORK. (g)

I would like to thank the academy and most importantly, the WEATHER.
Without its cooperation, the activity points are very hard to earn for
those who hate indoor gym stuff.

I was going to put a note in there about "our friendly competition"
but decided against it (G)

Thanks. You have the weather (now) but not the terrain. Altho, today
was glorious but low 50's.

hey there is a sort of a hill over by the mall, on the nearest big street,
and there is even a bicycle lane. If the wind is blowing right in my face
it really gets the old heartrate up.

Or maybe if the mosquitoes are chasing you! (G)

I will stay here - altho, the forecast for the weekend may send me
screaming for mosquitoes infested areas where it is not raining.

Yes, I think so, too. I knew I was down - it is odd but I could tell
by 'feel.' Altho, I'm not sure I can explain the feel. The home
scale had been showing a slow decline for the week. But who knows, it
may be dehydration altho, I've been drinking to make up for the
exercise. I was just BETTER this week and I knew it (altho, the local
news is going to have a segment on late night snacking and why it is
GOOD - stay tuned....)
