Hi everyone,
Here is a question that was just posted on my site. If you have any information that could help this person, that would be great. On our site, you make money by answering questions so you can help and make money at the same time! Thanks in Advance: The Question: "hi, i cut back on my food intake. I graze through out the day which usually includes some fruit, yogurt, and some vegetables, then walk 2-5 miles per day but i'm gaining weight and not losing.....whats going on here?" To answer, go to: http://www.expertask.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=61&PN=1 Thanks again, Andy |

Why not losing weight?
Are your clothes looser? If you were reading posts here, you would know that as you build muscle, you may gain weight, but since a pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat, your clothes get looser. sausalater wrote: Hi everyone, Here is a question that was just posted on my site. Why not losing weight?
I would say count up those calorie. They add up to more than you would
think. They may be getting way more than they estimate. Sometimes (in my case anyway) it takes more than just cutting back. I have to be very exact. My loss/gain is just a matter of 200-300 cals either way. As already stated the gain could be muscle. Muscle does take time to grow though so dont expect any dramatic weight gains in days or so just from muscle, unless you are aiming at bulking fast.Even then it takes more time than some think.
