clothes disposal
I had tossed my huge clothes from the 300 plus days. However, I had been
keeping some very small very old clothes that I had hoped to fit. Some months ago, I had gotten down to 146, but these small clothes were still too small. Some of them were from high school. I have come to realize that my bone structure is larger and I'll never be that small again. Today's garbage collection is taking them away. It is sad to see an unrealistic goal crushed by reality. It is sad to see an unrealistic goal crushed by reality. Cubit Huh? So if I set a goal for myself to run a 4 minute mile or play in the NBA and it doesn't happen I should be sad? How about logical or sane? Only realistic goals that get crushed have any sadness about them. Not the unrealistic ones.... Pat in TX |

"Cubit" Ah, but I really thought I could do it. But you were right when you said your body changed as you matured. No doubt, you weren't fully grown in high school. One of my sons was 5'4 " in high school and today he's 6'2"......He isn't overweight, but still, there's no way he could get into his high school clothes! Pat in TX |

Cubit 190/175/160 Gee man, don't you have a Salvation Army or similar in your town?? Congrats on the weight loss but don't throw out stuff other people can use. Join Freecycle.org at least, people go crazy for clothes on there and they will pick up!! |
