I didn't exercise today either.. I'm in a slump today, feeling awful and

I did a fair amount of walking, maybe 2.5 miles for maybe 45 minutes.
I'm still recovering from flu and an ITB injury so running is pretty much not an option, but I did try to trot a bit while out doing my brisk walking. My big planned workout of the day was an hour of heavy lifting. I'm doing another BFL challenge and had planned six sets per upper body part. I was utterly exhausted afterwards. I'm really not quite over the flu. Dally 244/165.25/155 |

Spin class is indoor cycling class. About half of the spin classes that I go to are "RPM" classes.
