Hi
Went to gym again today recumbant bike 20 Mins level 6 93RPM 10.46km treadmill 10 Mins 0% 9.0kmh 1.62km upright bike 20 Mins level 6 91RPM 8.56km various upper body resistance machines & walk home from gym. -- Gary 228/206/175 It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle thing |
