Default Dr. Phil Revisited

The re-visit is almost over!

My deadline was October 20 for my Dr. Phil Prococols and overall I did
well with only two major lapses. I lost four pounds, entrenched the
habit of doing all eating seated at the table, continued using Fitday,
Pilates, weight lifting, stair climbing and added the Vacuum Tummy
Sucking exercise. I will continue all this after the dealine but not
discuss it on a regular basis.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday, I must eat pureed foods and then Tuesday
and Wednesday, liquids only. This is in preparation for a colonoscopy.

I cannot take the polyetheline glycol laxative and need an alternate
prepartion procedure. This will result in some type of false or
temporary further weight loss which will not last.

I will be seventy-five in February, God willing and a few of my cronies
the same age have trainers or go to a gym. This reflects a positive
change in North America where twenty five years ago, a sixty five year
old Swede was in better shape than a thirty year old North American.
Today we have become very diet and fitness conscious. lets hope this is
reflected in diminishing obesity staistics in the future.

Although I never had an ankle bracelet, I feel I can safely say, "It's
a good thing."
