Food & Exercise -- 8/28/2005
Basically hung out at home being lazy, except I went to the gym with
DH in the afternoon and then stopped off to buy a few groceries. Food: * 9:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 12:15 (home): 30g L/F granola, 30g All Bran Bran Buds, 22g whey protein, 1 cup skim milk * 3:00 (driving to gym): ready-to-drink chocolate protein shake * 5:45 (driving home): apple * 7:00 (home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 1/2 cut-up tomato, corn from one ear, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, hearts of palm, mushrooms, broccoflower, 23g blue cheese, 70g beef tenderloin, 3 tbsp f/f balsamic vinaigrette * 9:00 (home -- planned): snack size Payday candy bar Totals: 1424 calories, 33g fat (21%), 184g carbs (52%), 108g protein (30%) Exercise: 3:30 -- 60 minutes of cardio -- 10 minutes each on 6 different pieces of equipment: * treadmill -- hill program, level 8, 5.0 rpm * stationary bike: random program, level 5, average speed 110 rpm * rowing machine: level 10 -- covered just over 1900 meters, according to the machine * cross-country ski machine: "walk in the park" program, level 1 (I'm still learning to use this one) * stairmaster: rolling hills program, level 6 * Precor elliptical trainer: cross-training program #1, resistance level 8 Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
