Default Food & Exercise -- 3/23/2005

Typical work day. Gym day off, and no lunchtime walk due to heavy
rain.

Food:

* 8:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese
* 12:00 (work, brought from home): mixture of 2 3/4 oz. salmon, 1/2
cup rice, and 1/2 cup veggies (cauliflower, onion, peas, lima beans)
* 3:00 (work, brought form home); 1 carton light cherry yogurt
* 5:15 (driving home); energy bar
* 6:45 (home); 216g turkey meatloaf; 160g sauteed green beans
* 8:30 (home): snack-size peanut butter cup

Totals: 1545 calories, 52g fat (30%), 145g carbs (38%), 113g protein
(29%)

Exercise: none
