This is supposed to be a lucky day! Last night we ate at a new place
for us. I ordered salmon and the toppings were so sweet I felt sick on the way home. Tonight we are cooking our own salm on the barbecue grill with roasted asparagus, grilled eggplant and a homegrown tomato and cucumber salad. Breakfast was one poached egg on one piece of double fiber bread, fresh fruit and coffee. I don't know about the rest of the day. I won't exercise today but will drink plenty of water. I will not pay at WW next week...my personal challenge. Audrey |

Yesterday (7-7-07) we walked all day!
We walked at the dog park and then on a trail, all together 2 hours, that was in the morning, after lunch we walked in town and you know.. playing tourist in our own part of the world.. that was another hour at least! Food-wise: Breakfast1: Honey dew melon with honey (was out of yogurt) Coffee and WW smoothie Breakfast 2 1 egg over-easy over a slice of bread and Canadian bacon Lunch Salad with lobster that I cooked with veggies n stuff.. Piece of honey dew and cantaloup Lunch 2 Lentil soup with tomatoes Dinner1 chicken cooked with veggies and spices Piece of cantaloup Dinner 2 2 slice of bread with Canadian bacon and chili sauce Snack Popcorn 3 APs used, had plenty left, no WPA used!
