WI yesterday

I'm finaly down (after all things ARG) DH passed his first 5lbs down..

Sailing smoothly, with indian food last night (mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm)... back on
track today.. lunch ready (I'm subbing today) had a core breakfast.. worked
out yesterday.. did not this morning (cause I'm working a day at school,
then 2 meetings back to back at WW... that's enough)...

I'm happy that I didn't have too much indian food last night, I did have 1
naan... couldn't resist!!! but I skipped the rice, and had a lentil chicken
curry that was to die for!! No coconut milk, all core except for the ghee..
I'm counting 3 pts there.. just to be on the safe side..

I feel back to my sane self.. ooffaaah feels grand!

So with jeans on, and running shoes, at the end of the day, without starving
myself all day, I'm 149... 9 lbs to go!

That will bring me below 135 naked in the morning heheheh

still struggling for me but getting it together, today I am considering core
