wonderful news, Lee

While I usually don't like making "between weekly weighing" reports, when
something good happens I figure, why not?

This morning my weight was down to 92.6 kg, which means I lost a total so
far, in 302 days, of 32.4 kg = 71 lb!

Also, I now have less than 4 lb to go to get into "the hundreds".

I was too scared to take measurements, and lookit there, a side benefit of
losing weight is you save money by getting into the clothes that have been
waiting there in the closet for you, Lee

Thanks Kate. I hear ya!........I wish I had done measurements when I

first
started back in June, but I didn't take any until this past January.

Hey, I got into a brand new pair of pants that my wife bought for me 5

years
ago!!......I couldn't get into them when she bought them, but now they fit
great!!!

Indeed!

Do some measurements, Eddie. Often when we stay the same on the scales,
it shows up as a loss in inches. I've gone UP a pound and lost inches
before now!

Whoo hoo!

I put a jacket on today, that I stopped wearing years ago when it got
too tight... It's now miles too big! I bought a dress at the back end
of last year: Rohan New Jersey dress in a small. It now fits perfectly!

| I got a new camera, and if you look hard in this album you will spot me in
| one of the photos.

The pictures are fabulous, Doug, and you look pretty slim! (But not very
happy!)
