How's it going Willow and everyone else?

My day has been great because I am focusing on my Thursday goal. Even
if I don't accomplish it, it has given me a very positive attitude.
3 mile walk this morning
lots of water throughout the day

Breakfast...one egg, one piece high fiber bread, watermelon and tea
Lunch...2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese with 1/4 cup dried cranberries,
watermelon, Hansen diet ginger ale
Snacks..WW cookies and cream bar, sparkling water
Dinner...homemade gazpacho, 2 ounces sour dough baguette, salad, tea,
leftover vegetables including an eggplant gratin, eggplant caviar and
the corn and black bean salad...just small portions of each
Snack?

Hope everyone is doing well today.

Audrey

The Ice ring was almost accross the street from the Mall and I was there,
had my skates in the back... oh well.. went in and skated 45 minutes!

Lee
Staying the same weight is still much better than a gain. Especially
with a challenging week, as you say you have had.
