We read National Geographics in the bathroom here; have a year's worth at a time in there cause we inherited a few decades worth. The oldest ones are most interesting for the advertisements - seeing how we were at various time periods, what sold us. I keep running across these "sugar as health food" ads. Like... eat cookies before dinner to curb your appetite so you'll lose weight. Coca-cola is health food because it gives you energy. Crap like that. It's really amazing stuff.
