I'm not Robert, but,
I was up until midnight reading "Good Calories, Bad calories" last night.
The reading goes extra slow because I have to re-read sections. It is hard
to remember all the stuff, like glycogen phosphate (was that it?), but I
know it is important. Too bad I'm not 17 years old. I would be doing much
better.
