Well...

Glucose is a sugar, and sugar is a carb so that's a bit redundant.

There are many foods that are very low fat and very low carb.

Then there is portion size to consider.

But... to satisfy your curiosity here's some examples (I'd suggest a
good food counts book if you want to pursue this further).

1 small mushroom has .3g carbs and .3g fat.

3 large shrimp have 0g carb and .2g fat

A pre-made serving of Sugar Free Jello has .1g carbs and .003g fat

A leaf of Arugula has .073g carbs and .013 of fat


So you could theoretically have a lovely mushroom/shrimp/arugula salad
with SF jello for dessert.

You can fill in whatever macronutrient parameters you want and see
what foods match.

Salt, for example, is high on your list, but probably not what you
wanted ;-)
