I definitely know the stress. It happened when I was down in Tucson
and the doc called and said get dad to the emergency room NOW. Hours
and hours.

And stressing a stressed body with exercise might not be best with you
also coming off a cold (which I got now!!)

Too late - you knew I wasn't going to pass this one up! Trader Joe's 99% fat free
Blueberry Wheat Bran Muffins ... 1 muffin, about 2 oz., 110 cal/0.5g fat/5g fiber,
1.44 US points. They really are good! Not a large sized muffin, but a bit bigger
than the mini muffin types. Maybe a small cupcake? hehehe There are no
preservatives, took me a while to figure that out (too bad I didn't read the
package where it is stated very clearly). The first two packages I bought turned
moldy within 2 or 3 days. I have since learned ... put them in a zipper bag and
keep refrigerated for a bit longer life. My TJ's has them near the english
muffins/breads - stacked on a display table in the center of the aisle. Go for
it! They really do make a nice snack alternative.

I may just have to try them, would like to have an alternative for when my grocer
is sold out of the miss meringues ... which is quite often. The mini-chocolate
chips have only been in my store for a few months. But remember when I couldn't
find the very chocolate ones and only was able to buy the chocolate raspberry?
Now the raspberry are nowhere to be found, and the very chocolate are slim
pickins. This week we were back to orange and vanilla ... two of my least
favorites. Oh, and my store has also carried mm's in the mini MINT chocolate chip
variety. They are *ok*, I like the plain choc. chip much better.

Oh Yikes, I didn't realize things were that bad with your mom! Glad

to
hear she
has already been sprung from the hospital. I'm a firm believer that
people
recover much quicker in their own homes. Hope you are recovering as

well,
sis.
I'll be peeking for your update tomorrow, can't wait to hear who is

under
who this
week (it's the highlight of my week).

I had to go look for this, because thanks to the 24 hour shift in

the
emergency room with Mom, then her room at the hospital, I am WAY

down
this
morning, My average is going to be good too, because I was already

on
the
way down, if I can keep from a massive refeed today. Check out who

is
under
you tomorrow morning sweet thang. I am all happy, sprang Ma today,

other

Gratefully

Feeling pretty good with last week's substantial loss, this is

great.

Of course, I just discovered Trader Joe's Mini-Meringue in

Coconut
flavor and I mean just - out of meeting, to TJ's and found the
meringues. good stuff - like toasted coconut.
