Mmmmmm, I cheated
Isn't life grand! I will cheat if my husband takes me out to dinner.
Nope no desert, but I will eat the pasta or the enchilada or the fried rice and marfar chicken, then jump right back on. I am not in a giant hurry to lose weight as long as it is steady. "Jim Marnott" wrote in message .. . I cheated. It was my first *SERIOUS* cheat in months, since I started in fact. I had, among other things: challah bread dipped in honey potato latkes sweet carrots triple chocolate brownie pizza apple crisp cheesecake banana cake chocolate chip ice cream and... you know what? It was good. I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it, or say that with all that sugar "it was just too sweet for me"... because it wasn't too sweet for me. It was heaven, just like it was before I started this WOE. But, I also realize that I've made too much progress to ever go back to eating that way full time. It's nice to do, maybe once or twice a year. I bet I gained at least 5 pounds tonight... darn and I was doing so well. Well, double time on the treadmill tomorrow.
