one scoop ice cream
Had nothing for breakfast
Had a roast beef sandwhich for lunch and a scoop of ice cream. For supper going to have 4 0z. meatloaf, a small potatoe, and a cup of veggies. Been very active this week. Lots of climbing stairs washing clothes. Must have went up and down stairs 50 times in the last couple of days. That is two flights of stairs. Cleaned bath tub and sink. Swept and mopped kitchen and bathroom. Cleaning is good exercise. Dianne
