REC: Italian Salami and Fennel Salad

Italian Salami and Fennel Salad


1 pound Sliced Salami (julienned)
1 large bulb Fennel (sliced almost paper thin)
1 red pepper (julienned and halved)
1 yellow pepper (julienned and halved)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


put it all together and eat ! yummmmm!
