Hi, Carol Ann!
Doing wonderfully! I weighed in this morning at 199---BELOW 200 at last!!! I think that puts me down six pounds so far. I'm feeling great, too. It was a delicious meal but, like I said - too much. The wine and Muscles were enough. Never mind the birthday cake! Hopefully it won't set me back too much - this morning the scale was up 1 lb but I won't go by that - I weigh in on friday's so I'll see what the scale says tomorrow and take my measurements.
