A diet to follow according to your metabolism. Group two.

Essays.
In search of the best diets.
It is suggested to FOLLOW next diet with the relationship of food
more convenient to their metabolism.
Foods are planned in three classes: left, center and right.

GROUP: Second
This group is the one that take less carbohydrates, wheat, maize, beer, etc.
should be avoided, but millet, rice, oat, barley can substitute.
The food class on the right not dominate this group.

LEFT FOOD:

Animal proteins:
goat, sheep, rabbit, turkey, fishes, sea food,
chicken eggs,
cottage cheese, farmer cheese,

Fruits:
bread fruit, grapefruit, guava, peach, pineapple, pummelo, watermelon,
apricot,
cherimoya, currants, mulberry, papaya,

Dairy:
cottage cheese, farmer cheese,

Drinks:
dry wines, dry cider, ...

CENTER FOOD:

legumes:
butter bean, great northern bean, peas, Cannelloni bean, moth bean, white
bean, winged bean,

Dry fruits:
almond, carob, lupine, pecan, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, chestnut,
hickory nuts, walnut,

Fats and oils:
olive oil, almond oil, camelina oil, rice bran oil, flaxseed oil, oat oil,

Live:
celery, fenugreek, mushrooms, okra, tomato, asparagus, chicory root,
escarole, fennel, onion, bell peppers, spinach, turnip greens, zucchini,

Dairy:

Drinks:
whisky, gin, ..

RIGHT FOOD:

Carbohydrates:
amaranth, flax seeds, millet (fonio, teff,),
barley, oat, rice,

Sweet fruits:
apple, banana, melons, grapes, orange, pear, prune, raisin, strawberry,
tangerine,
