Default If you like the shakes and bars

Stop & Shop has the AdvantEdge carb control Shakes and Bars on sale. They
are Buy 1, Get 1 Free. BUT - even better - the shakes hava coupon on it for
"get 1 free bar" SO - I bought 2 4packs of shakes and got 4 bars for free!

Not bad if you like these products.

I don't always use them but each week I like to try something new. This week
I'll try this stuff out. I also bought a very nice hunk of imported aged
provolone, Crystal Light Pink Lemonade, a small cluster of crab legs and
will make mini-quiches.

Last week was all about flavored caffiene free diet sodas! I love Waist
Watchers but also tried Torpicana Twister Diet Orange Soda - yummy (has
aspertame though)

By AdvantEdge experience so far? The shake was tasty! i enjoyed it, it was
Rich Dark Choc. Yesterday I tried a bar - Choc, Cream Pie I think - that was
nice too - totally different than Atkins bars and a nice "treat".

I decided to stop buying the shakes and bars (at least for now).
However, I did try something today when I had lunch - I had a couple of
reheated chicken breasts for lunch (yeah, the pork rind ones), and I
had a bit of raspberries and blueberries that were left over. So, for
dessert, I threw 'em in a bowl, and then dumped a half a can of the
vanilla flavored Atkins shake on top of it. Very tasty.

All this stuff is all over the net for as little as .10 on the dollar.
